Refund policy

In Viswa Sarees, we ensure quality in every product. However, if you receive a damaged item, we are here to help with an exchange.

  1. Damaged Product Policy
    If the product is received in a damaged condition, customers are eligible only for exchange.

    Refunds are not applicable under any circumstances for damaged products.

  2.  Mandatory Proof (Opening Video) To claim a damaged product, customers must provide a clear unboxing video.

    The video must:
    Start before opening the package
    Be recorded in one continuous shot (no cuts, no pauses, no edits)
    Clearly show the outer packaging, label, and product condition

    Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.

  3. Exchange Process

    Once the damage is verified, the product will be exchanged with the same item (subject to availability).

    If the same product is unavailable, an alternative product of equal value will be offered.

  4. Time Frame

    The issue must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.

    Requests raised after this period will not be considered.

  5. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

    Products without an unboxing video proof
    Items damaged after use or handling by the customer
    Products returned in used, washed, or altered condition
    Clearance sale or discounted items (if applicable)
